In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms carry the meanings set out below wherever they appear, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with the bv999h Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus terms communicated at the point of offer, constitute the entire legal agreement between the Player and bv999h with respect to the use of the platform and all Services offered thereon.

2.2 By completing the registration process on the bv999h platform, or by continuing to access and use the platform following an update to these Terms, the Player unconditionally accepts and agrees to be bound by all provisions set forth in this document.

3.1 Age Requirement. The bv999h platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By completing the registration process, you confirm and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. bv999h will conduct age verification checks and may request documentary evidence of age at any point.

3.2 One Account Rule. Each individual person may register and maintain only one (1) bv999h account at any given time. It is prohibited to open additional accounts using different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bv999h reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any outstanding balances.

3.3 Accurate Information. Players are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

3.4 Verification. bv999h operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process and may, at any time, require Players to submit documentation verifying their identity, address, and payment methods. Documents commonly requested include a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement, and screenshot confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access.

3.5 Self-Exclusion Register. If you have previously self-excluded from bv999h or any other gaming platform and your self-exclusion period has not yet expired, you are not eligible to register a new bv999h account. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion agreement is a breach of these Terms.

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bv999h account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your registered Pakistani mobile number. bv999h strongly recommends using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.

4.2 All activity conducted through your bv999h account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you personally. 5.1 Supported Methods. bv999h currently processes all financial transactions exclusively in PKR via the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. bv999h reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. These thresholds are subject to change at bv999h's discretion. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction initiation.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the Player's bv999h account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect in the account balance, depending on the processing schedule of the originating bank.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed by bv999h on the same calendar day if submitted before 20:00 PKT (UTC+5). Requests submitted after this time will be processed on the following business day. Funds typically arrive in the Player's designated bank account or mobile wallet within 2–6 hours of processing, subject to the receiving institution's settlement schedule.

5.5 Payment Method Matching. bv999h applies a payment method matching policy: withdrawals must, where practically possible, be directed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to protect Players against fraudulent withdrawal requests.

5.6 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your bv999h account are sourced from legitimate, legally obtained personal income. bv999h is prohibited from accepting deposits originating from any criminal enterprise or activity. Any reasonable suspicion of money laundering will be reported to the relevant regulatory authorities in accordance with the Platform Operator's anti-money laundering obligations.

6.1 All bets and wagers placed on the bv999h platform are final once confirmed by the system. Players are solely responsible for reviewing all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and applicable odds — prior to confirming any wager. bv999h does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets under ordinary circumstances.

6.2 bv999h reserves the right to void any bet or wager where there is reasonable evidence of a technical error, data feed failure, obvious pricing error, or any other circumstance that would render the original odds materially incorrect. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's bv999h account balance.

6.3 All casino games available on the bv999h platform utilise certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that have been independently audited to ensure fair and unbiased game outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot and table game is available within the relevant game's information panel.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bv999h platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may be referred to the appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using falsified or third-party identity information
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any point during registration or during the KYC verification process
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games in a manner not intended for human players
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, game manipulation, collusion with other players, or exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities
• Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including but not limited to bonus abuse, multi-accounting for bonus farming, and deliberate low-risk wagering designed solely to convert bonus funds
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity, including proceeds of fraud, theft, drug trafficking, or any other unlawful enterprise
• Using the bv999h platform to facilitate money laundering or the concealment of illegally obtained funds
• Accessing or attempting to access the bv999h platform from a Restricted Territory where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bv999h customer support staff or other platform users in any manner
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, copying, or reproducing any part of the bv999h platform, including odds data, game content, or user interface elements

8.1 bv999h offers various promotional bonuses to registered Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are offered at bv999h's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, modified, or discontinued at any time.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is specified in the individual bonus terms communicated at the point of offer. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for casino bonuses is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount, and for sports betting bonuses is five times (5x) the bonus amount in qualifying bets at odds of 1.80 or higher.

8.3 Only one (1) welcome bonus may be claimed per registered account, per household, and per verified payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once by registering multiple accounts is a violation of Section 7 of these Terms.

8.4 bv999h reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amounts and associated winnings from a Player's account where there is reasonable evidence that the Player has exploited or abused the promotional system, including through low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies designed to clear bonus requirements without genuine engagement.

8.5 Bonus Funds cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the wagering requirement process, or used to fund withdrawal requests before the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

9.1 All content on the bv999h platform — including but not limited to the bv999h brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, odds data, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Platform Operator or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bv999h platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display publicly, or create derivative works from any platform content.

9.3 Any unauthorised use of bv999h intellectual property — including scraping of odds data, reproduction of game assets, or use of the bv999h brand in any commercial context without written permission — constitutes an infringement of the Platform Operator's intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal action.

10.1 bv999h provides the platform and all Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While every reasonable effort is made to maintain continuous platform availability, bv999h does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults, and accepts no liability for any losses arising from temporary service unavailability.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform Operator's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the bv999h platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 bv999h expressly excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss arising in connection with the use of the platform, even if bv999h has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

10.4 bv999h accepts no responsibility for losses incurred as a result of a Player's own gaming decisions, misunderstanding of game or betting rules, or failure to comply with the terms of any promotional offer. Players participate in all gaming activities at their own risk.

11.1 bv999h is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligation to identify and assist such players seriously.

12.1 A Player may request voluntary closure of their bv999h account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. 12.2 bv999h reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
• Detection of duplicate account registration or identity fraud

12.3 Where an account is closed by bv999h for cause under clause 12.2, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings held in the account at the time of closure are subject to forfeiture. 13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming licence held by the Platform Operator. 13.4 Nothing in this clause limits any rights that Players may have under applicable consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction.

14.1 bv999h reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in regulatory requirements, platform functionality, payment methods, or responsible gaming standards.

14.2 Material amendments — meaning changes that substantially affect Player rights, payment conditions, or bonus terms — will be communicated to all registered Players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication on the bv999h platform.
